Upgraded on the ETM32F103xE series, the advanced industrial-grade ETM32E103xE MCU series based on 32-bit ARM® Cortex®-M3 core and operated at frequency of 120MHz. The supply voltage ranges from 2.0V to 3.6V and its operating temperature covers -40°C to +105°C, helping the product to operate stably in industrial-grade temperature scenarios. 5kV ESD level complies with industrial-grade reliability standards. Equipped with rich on-chip resources, the new ETM32E103xE can bring better choices for users' application scenarios with the most reasonable functions and high cost performance.
